If you are here, you are probably an Instigator of Change. Not sure? Let's see... If you have ever: 1. Encouraged a student or peer to try something new, seize an opportunity, or do something outside of their norm. 2. Provided services, knowledge, wisdom, or resources to help someone reach their goals. 3. Been awed that by sharing a simple piece of information or making one connection you impacted a person's entire life... If you answered yes to any of these... you my friend are an Instigator of Change! Welcome to the Tribe! My name is Dr. Renae Simon and I am a speaker who is passionate about First Generation Success. I discovered this game-changing concept in my research with First Generation High-Income Earners and High Achievers; individuals who have escaped poverty and achieved great exploits! :) Their stories are so rich and full of wisdom and authenticity, and they all have one thing in common, an Instigator of Change. This was a person, like your or I, that challenged their limiting beliefs, nudged them out of their comfort zone, or exposed them to new possibilities or opportunities which positioned them to have a distinct Pivotal Moment of Change in their lives. Hearing their stories made me identify the Instigators of Change in my own life, recognize their value and commit to doing the same for others. You see, I have found that no matter the source, it only takes one story, one presentation, one new experience or perspective to spark an Ah Ha! in someone so powerful that it changes the way they see themselves and their circumstances, builds their confidence, or motivates them to take action that impacts the trajectory of their lives. I strive to be an Instigator of Change who uses my voice and some pretty dynamic stories to close the knowlege and resource gap for individuals that are still in poverty but desperate to find a way out and for First Generation College Students, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs that could use some wisdom, strategies, and encouragement on their way to success.  As a speaker, coach, trainer, and podcaster, I am committed to instigating positive change for 1stGens and beyond and having fun while doing it!
